A Tour with Gov. Ginther
This June we had the honor of hosting Andrew Ginther, the Mayor of Columbus in two of the properties we acquired from the Columbus Land Bank and spoke of urban resurgence in the city. Walking through 140 Sherman Ave, really brought home all the work Erika and I have dedicated into our business.
EyE Homes, Inc. is a product of much study, perseverance and even a healthy obsession. We are building what will be the legacy of our children and a company of the twenty-first century, committed to our community and creating jobs.
Columbus Land Bank Program for Urban Insurgency
We consider what we do more than just “Flipping houses.” Urban living is steadily increasing, especially for millennials. There is a demand for clean and safe columbus housing in clean and safe columbus neighborhoods.
Add affordability into the picture and our rehabbed properties in Olde Towne East gain huge appeal.
We like to meet this demand for prospective home owners. And, more poetically, we like to create beauty out of blight. We like to facilitate stable homes and healthy community because ultimately Columbus is where we live and where we raise our children.
“A city is not an accident but the result of coherent visions and aims.”
